微波干燥机在烟丝干燥中的应用

Application of Microwave Dryer to Cut Tobacco Drying

摘要: 为解决HT和烘丝机在实际应用中存在的不足,补充HT的加温加湿功能,改善制丝质量,提高烟丝的膨胀效果,在制丝线中安装了微波干燥机。微波干燥前、后烟丝膨胀效果的对比表明:利用微波干燥技术可以提高烟丝的填充值,而且对降焦也有一定效果。对微波干燥膨胀烟丝技术在实际生产应用中存在的问题提出了改进措施。

Abstract: A microwave dryer was installed in our tobacco primary processing line and experiments on cut tobacco drying were carried out. The results showed that the filling value of the resulting product was increased and its tar delivery was reduced.
