Solution of Resonance Phenomenon at Cut-road in PASSIM 7K Cigarette Making Machines

摘要: 部分进口PASSIM 7K和国产YJ19卷接机组存在刀头共振现象,共振现象不仅产生异常噪声、影响环境,还降低了刀头部分的运动精度,影响烟支质量,同时降低了机器的使用寿命。通过采用改变齿轮侧隙的方法,降低了齿轮的振动强度,从而减少了共振的影响。

Abstract: Resonance phenomenon at cut-road was existed in some of imported PASSIM 7K cigarette making machines and domestic YJ19 ones. It not only generated abnormal noise, but also decreased moving precision of cut-off section, cigarette making quality, and the service life of the machines. The influence of resonance phenomenon was reduced by modifying gear backlash in cut-off case.
