碘值法判断烟叶醇化程度的研究

Determination of Tobacco Aging Degree by the Iodimetric Titration

摘要: 采用碘值法对不同地区、不同醇化时期烟叶的醇化程度进行了判断。结果表明:判断准确率高达80%以上。与传统方法(目测和评吸)相比,碘值判断法操作简单、快速、重现性强,且减少了人为的误差,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: The oxidization of iodine was applied to estimate the degree of tobacco aging. The results indicated that the accuracy of estimation was beyond 80%. The iodimetric titration is proved to be simple, fast and better reproducible.
