摘要: 以烤烟为试验材料,对烟草主要内源激素(生长素、脱落酸)进行了分离、提取纯化、定量分析和实验对比,确立高效液相色谱法为测定烟草生长素和脱落酸的分析方法。

Abstract: The extracting, purifing, separation, and quantitative analysis for main endogenous hormons(IAA and ABA) in several flue-cured tobacco varieties were conducted and compared. IAA and ABA of tobacco were measured with HPLC.
