摘要: 烟草抗病毒基因工程是快速改良烟草抗病毒性状的一条有效途径,它涉及到抗病毒目的基因的选择、高效转化体系的建立、目的基因在转基因烟草中的检测和表达活性、转基因烟草抗病毒性状的稳定性以及转基因烟草的安全性等问题。对病原菌致病机制、植物抗病机制以及它们互作体系的透彻研究是解决这些问题,使烟草等植物转基因研究在现有基础上产生质的飞跃的根本和关键。Abstract: Anti-virus gene technology is an effective method to improve the virus-resistance properties of tobacco. It is involved with a series of problems such as the selection of target gene,the estabishment of efficient transformation system, the determination of activity,stability and the safety of transgenic tobacco.The study on virus pathogeny,virus-resistance mechanism and their interaction system is the base and key to solve these problems.
