类胡萝卜素清除焦油中自由基的研究

Study on the Elimination of Free Radicals by Cartenoids

  • 摘要: 为探讨清除焦油中的自由基,在卷烟中添加类胡萝卜素,采用电子自旋共振波谱法(ESR)分析,考察类胡萝卜素对清除焦油中自由基的效果。结果显示出自由基的浓度随胡萝卜素类物质的加入量增加而降低,表明胡萝卜素类对清除焦油中的自由基有显著的活性。

     

    Abstract: The effects that carotenoids added into tobacco clear away free radicals in cigarettes smoke were studied by means of ESR analysis.The results showed that content of the free radicals were reduced significantly with the increase of carotenoids added and carotenoids were good scavengers of the free radicals in cigarette smoke.
