影响卷烟焦油量的因素探讨

Study on the Factors Affecting Cigarette Tar Yields

摘要: 通过对卷烟焦油量波动情况的分析,重点对叶组配方、烟支重量、烟支圆周、烟支长度、烟支吸阻、烟支含水率与焦油量的关系进行了数据分析,对滤棒吸阻、烟丝结构与焦油量的关系进行了试验分析。分析了各因素与焦油释放量的关系,并提出了稳定、降低焦油量需严格控制的主要工艺参数。

Abstract: The factors for influencing the tar deliveries such as blend, moisture, draw resistance, length, circumference, and weight of the cigarettes were analyzed and the relationship of the tar deliveries with the structure of cut tobacco and the draw resistance of filter plug were researched tentatively and established.Some main process parameters for controlling and lowering the tar deliveries of the cigarettes were suggested.
