某些盐类添加剂对降低卷烟焦油量的机理研究

Study on the Mechanism of some Additives on Reducing Cigarette Tar Yields

摘要: 为探索某些盐类添加剂对降低卷烟焦油量的作用机理,采用焦油分析、燃烧速度分析、差热分析(DTA)和热失重分析(TGA)方法,对部分盐类添加剂进行了不同添加量试验。结果显示,所添加的盐类添加剂对降低卷烟热分解反应的活化能、卷烟焦油量和提高卷烟的燃烧速度均呈对应关系,表明Mn、Co、Zn、Cu、Se有明显的降焦作用,其机理是通过降低热分解反应的活化能,提高燃烧速度而实现。

Abstract: The experiments on reducing tar deliveries in the cigarettes added with several metal salts such as Mn, Co, Zn, Cu, and Se Salt were conducted.The results showed that the tar deliveries of the cigarettes added with the metal salts was lowered and the burning rates were increased.
