Abstract:
Samples of soil and tobacco were extracted with petroleum ether, and separated with mixed Florisile column.Prime+250E was detected by gas chromatography with a
63Ni electron capture detector. The average recovery varied from 90.3% to 96.4%.The minimum detectable concentration was 0.005mg/kg(soil), 0. 01mg/kg(fresh tobacco leaves), 0.025 mg/kg(dry tobacco leaves). The concentrations of Prime+250E residue in soil and tobacco leaves were less than 10 mg/kg after 10 days and 20 days, and 3mg/kg after 30 days. All of them were less than the MRL value (20mg/kg).
