光强对烤烟光合作用影响的初步研究

Effect of Light Intensity on Photosynthesis in Flue-cured Tobacco

  • 摘要: 研究了不同光强对烤烟气孔导度(Gs)、光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)及叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响。结果表明:随着光合有效辐射的提高,烤烟气孔导度、净光合速率和蒸腾速率均增加,而胞间CO2浓度则下降,品种间变化趋势相似。

     

    Abstract: Effect of light intensity on photosynthesis in flue-cured tobacco was studied in tobacco cultivars CB-l, K326,Yanyan97. The results showed that with the light intensity increased, intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was decreased, transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance(Gs) and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) were increased. But the trend Of change among the varieties was similar.
