Abstract:
The effects of three chemicals, Virusicide, ZhibingLing and Virus A were evaluated to TMV and CMV, on
Nicotiana glutinosa and
Chenopodium amaranlicolor in greenhouse screening trials. TMV was inoculated in
Nicotiana glutionsa, CMV in
Chenopodium amaranlicolor, then these chendcals were smeared over the half leaf before inoculation and 24 home after edon. The ed shawed tha Virusicide had bo coniID dsts to TMV and CW eithe bo or ds inoculation, the coned dstiveness to wi was 88.85% and 82.77% respectively; Zhibingung, Virus A had bo dsts before inocLhation, but had fower deffect after inoculadri. The field trial of Several chdricals showed tha Virusicide, ZhibingLin, Virus A contls effectiveness to tobacco mosaic disease (TMV and CMV) was 70.61%, 60. 8% and 59% respectively. Virusicide no ouly had the bot prevention effect, but also had some cure effect, other two virus chemicals had no cure effects.
