应用酯酶同工酶鉴定烤烟品种
Identification of Flue-cured Tobacco Cultivars by Esterase Isozyme

摘要: 研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)对10个烤烟品种种子的酯酶同工酶(EST)进行了比较。各品种的EST酶谱可以相互区别。结果表明种子EST的PAGE酶谱可鉴别烤烟品种。Abstract: Esterase isozyme(EST)of flue-cured tobacco seeds from ten cultivars were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).The EST electrophoretogram of each variety could be distinguished from the others.The results showed that PAGE-gram of seed EST could be used for identifying flue-cured tobacco cultivars.
