固相微萃取气质联用技术在烟草顶空成分分析中的应用

摘要: 采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(HS-SPM E-GC-MS)法分析了几种类型烟丝及成品卷烟的顶空成分。探讨了100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷纤维头的采样条件和气质联用仪的分析条件,得到了较满意的分析结果。Abstract: The tobacco headspace com ponents were analysised with solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPM E-GC-M S) in this paper. The sampling conditions of 100μm polydimethylsiloxane and analytical conditions of GC/MS were discussed and satisfactory results were obtained.
