Abstract: The potassium accumulation and distribution in tobacco plant during different growth stages in four soil types and three flue-cured tobacco varieties were studied.The results showed that the main reason of lowpotassium content in Yunan tobacco were slowness or decrease of potassium accumulation during maturing stage and unreasonableness of potassium distribution in tobacco plant, which was related to the varieties.
