Abstract: The uncrimping energy is an important quality data to measure the crimping of cigarette cellulose fibers.it is closely related to the performance of the filter rods made of this kind of fibers.We found that the test accuracy of the uncrimping energy are some what affected by such factors as clamp slipping, humidity fluctuation, lubricant level, different time length of inventory.Based on test results, these affecting factors were consided to ensure the accuracy of test results.
