香料烟浸膏提取工艺条件研究

Studies on Extraction Conditions of Aromatic Tobacco Extract

摘要: 对烟草浸膏的提取工艺进行了改进,并对香料烟浸膏的提取条件进行研究。结果表明,改进后的香料烟浸膏为棕褐色膏状液体,香料烟烟香突出。与原生产工艺相比,浸膏产率由30%~40%提高到50%~55%,生产周期由10h缩短到6h,而且用水代替乙醇作萃取剂,不仅节省了大量乙醇,而且浸膏质量有较大幅度提高。

Abstract: Improvement of extraction method and the extraction conditions of aromatic tobacco extract were studied. The results showed that condensate of aromatic tobacco extract made by new methods was brown color, and its aromatic tobacco aroma was dominating.The extraction ratio increased from 30%~40% to 50%~55% and the extraction time reduced from 10h to 6h compared to the old methods.Moreover, with replacement of ethyalcohol as water could reduce the production cost.
