Abstract: The "Annex B determination of air permeability of cigarette paper" in the GB/T 12655-1998 《cigarette paper》 was compared with ISO 2965:1997 《materials used as cigarette papers, filter plug warp and filter joining paper, including materials have an oriented permeable zone-determination of air permeability》.The differences between the two standards on aspect of the scope, definition, sampling, determination procedure, data analysis and description of results were analyzed.
