Abstract: Inoculation methods of VA-mycorrhiza in tobacco include at different soil types and different seedling stages.The results showed:VA-mycorrhiza and tobacco could form a good symbiosis relationship.The VA-mycorrhiza infection incidence was higher at seedling with three to four leaves stage than other period, red soil exhibit higher infection incidence than river sand.Sterilize soil exhibit higher infection incidence than natural soil.Glomus mosseae stain inoculates on red soil exhibit highest infection incidence.
