氮肥形态与干旱胁迫对不同基因型烤烟生长的影响

The Effect of Different Fertilizer N Forms on Flue-cured Tobacco Drought Resistance

  • 摘要: 通过盆栽试验,研究了K326和NC89这两个烤烟主栽基因型在NH4NO3、NaNO3、UREA和(NH4)2SO4 4种形态氮肥下生长的差异。同时还研究了上述4种氮肥形态对不同基因型烤烟在土壤干旱胁迫时有关生物学性状和烟叶产量的影响。实验证明,在同等施肥条件下4种氮肥对烤烟生长的促进效果为NH4NO3 > NaNO3 > (NH4)2SO4 > UREA。其中NC89对NH4-N和U REA的适应能力略强于K326。K326更适应于在NO3-N下生长。通过对干旱胁迫下各处理烟叶产量的比较,在同等干旱胁迫下,4种形态氮肥下生长的NC89基因型的抗旱能力比K326强。不同形态氮肥处理的各基因型烤烟均以NH4NO3、NO3-N处理的抗旱性强于U REA和NH4-N处理。

     

    Abstract: The experiment studied two flue-cured tobacco varieties (K326 and NC89)drought resistance with NH4NO3, NaNO3, UREA and (NH4)2SO4 applied, respectively, and the four nitrogen forms on biological characteristics and leaves yield.The result showed that at the same fertilizer level the positive effect of four nitrogen forms on tobacco grow th followed the order NH4NO3 > NO3-N > NH4-N > UREA, and NC89 grows well to NH4+-N and UREA in the soil, compared to K326.By comparison of yield of tobacco leaves with the four nitrogen forms applied, and moisture metabolism, nitrogen metabolism, activity of root system, cell membrane diffusions and antioxidation induced system were studied, the results showed that the drought resistance of NC89 is higher than K326, fertilizer N forms on flue-cured tobacco drought resistance follow ed the order of NH4NO3 > NaNO3 > UREA > (NH4)2SO4, at the same soil moisture stress level.
