摘要: 卷烟企业已广泛应用的烟丝膨胀与梗丝膨胀工艺,其应用效果尚不完全一致;对膨胀工艺及其原理的认识,目前也不完全一致。文章从过热蒸气干燥的特点出发,根据烟丝与梗丝膨胀的工艺特点及其原理,对膨胀工艺的技术条件进行了讨论。

Abstract: Cut tobacco and cut rolled stem expanding process are widely used in cigarette factories.There are some different effects in its application and some confusion on expanding technology and expanding concept. Specific properties of superheated steam, the technical conditions of expanding process were discussed.The cut tobacco and cut rolled stem expanding technology and expanding concept were also discussed.
