用盐析法从烟末中提取果胶的研究

Extracting pectin from tobacco dust by salting-out

摘要: 研究了用盐析法从烟末中提取果胶,通过正交实验,对提取条件进行了探讨。试验表明,用水萃取烟末中果胶时,萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取液用量及萃取液pH值都对果胶产量有一定影响;盐析法从10g烟末中提取果胶较为适宜的条件是:萃取温度为90~100℃、萃取时间为1.5h、萃取液用量为100ml及萃取液pH值为1.0。

Abstract: The technology of extracting pectin from tobacco dust by the way of salting-out through the method of experiments of orthogonal matrix was studied.The tests showed the suitable conditions of extracting pectin (extraction temperature:90 to 100℃, extraction time:1.5h, extraction solution:100ml, pH 1.0).
