摘要: 以二安替比林苯乙烯基甲烷为显色剂,用分光光度法研究了烟草中锰元素的简易测定方法。结果表明:该法灵敏度高,易于操作,并可不经掩蔽直接测定烟草中的微量锰。

Abstract: A procedure for the determination of trace amounts of manganese in tobacco with DAVPM is studied.The method is simple and rapid.Most of the metal do not interfere with the determination of manganese.Trace amounts of manganese in tobacco can be determination directry in aqueous solution without separation.
