冠醚对烟草根系钾离子运转及气孔开关度的影响

Effect of Crown Ethers on Root System Potassium Transport and Stomatal Opening and Closing of Tobacco

  • 摘要: 研究了冠醚(苯并-15冠-5)对烟草根系钾离子运转和气孔开关度的影响。结果表明,冠醚在低浓度下(5×10-4 mol·L-1)能显著促进烟草根系对钾离子的吸收。烟叶气孔经5×10-4 mol·L-1冠醚溶液处理可明显抑制气孔开放,而经5×10-4 mol·L-1冠醚与5×10-2 mol·L-1氯化钾混合溶液处理则明显促进气孔开放。通过分析认为,作为高效传递钾离子的人工合成载体,冠醚可用作烟叶生产上的钾肥增效剂和干旱时的抗蒸腾剂。

     

    Abstract: The effect of crow nethers on root system potassium transport and stomatal opening and closing of tobacco was studied.Results indicated that low concentration 5×10-4 mol·L-1, crownethers obviously promoted the absorption of tobacco root system to potassium and the opening of tobacco stomate was obviously restricted. However, the mixed solution of 5×10-4 mol·L-1 crow nethers and 5×10-2 mol·L-1 potassium chloride obviously promoted the opening of stom ate.So crow nethers, may be used for potash absorption efficiency agent and transpirom-resisting agent of drought in tobacco plant.
