国内外烟草膨胀技术与设备研究进展

Recent Advances in Tobacco Expansion Technology and Equipment at home and Aborad

摘要: 在占有大量信息和资料的基础上,跟踪国内外烟草膨胀工艺技术与设备的研究进展情况,介绍了微波加热和高频加热膨胀烟草、HXD全配方烟丝膨胀与设备和采用新型膨胀介质异戊烷的IM PEX烟丝膨胀等最新技术。HXD技术可使烟丝的填充值提高20%以上,且在使用全套膨胀加工工艺时甚至可提高25%,而传统的膨胀技术一般只能达到12%。IMPEX烟丝膨胀完全可以取代目前广泛采用的CFC (氟利昂)膨胀工艺,使烟丝的填充值提高90%以上。

Abstract: Recent advances in tobacco expansion technology and equipment, including expansion by heating with microwave and/or high frequency, HXD whole blend tobacco expansion, IM PEX cut tobacco expansion with a new expanding agent(iso-pentane), and etc., is briefly at home and abroad reviewed.The filling value of tobacco or whole blend tobacco is increased 20% to 25% after expansion by HXD technology, while the filling value of tobacco expanded by the conventional method was only increased 12%.IMPEX technology can make the filling value of cut tobacco increase more than 90% and replaced completely CFC expansion technology currently used.
