摘要: 研究了叶黄素在Ag+催化作用下经空气氧化降解的机理。其降解产物经GC/MS分析,并用作烟用香料。Abstract: The mechanism of lutein degradation by way of air oxidation at the presence of Ag+ was studied. The products of degradation were analysized by GC/MS, and used as flavor on tobacco.
