烟草中水溶性总糖测定方法的研究

Study on the Measuring Method of Water-soluble Total Sugar in Tobacco

摘要: 对经典的Bertrand法测定总糖的实验操作进行了改进,采用了自行设计的反应装置。实验表明,改进后的方法既保持了原方法的准确、重现性好的优点,又具有时间短、物耗低、效率高等优点。

Abstract: The measuring method of water-soluble total sugar-Bertrand method was improved.The result showed that the new method could saving time and material, increasing efficiency, both the precision and repeatability were maintained.
