磷钒钼蓝光度法测定烟草中的磷
Determination of phoshorus in tobacco with phosphovanamolybdate blue spectrophotometry

摘要: 研究了磷钒钼杂多蓝光度法测定烟草中的磷,较磷钒钼黄光度法的灵敏度高、选择性好、显色液更加稳定,精密度和准确度也获得了满意结果。本法中显色液的最大吸收峰在810nm处,摩尔吸光系数为2.3×104 L·mol-1·cm -1,磷含量在0~30.0μ g/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,回收率为98.6%~103.2%。Abstract: A new phosphovanamolybdate blue spectrophotometric method for the determination P in tobacco was studied. The mothod is based on the color reaction of fructose reduced phosphovanamolybdate yellow in sulfuric acid medium. The maximum absorption wavelength of the phosphovanamolybdate blue is 810nm.The value of molar absorption coefficient is 1.94×104mol -1cm -1. Beer's Law is obeyed in the rang of 0~30 μg/25ml for P. The recovery of phosphorus was 98.6%~103.2%.
