河南烤烟(40级)氮组分含量及规律性研究

Study on Nitrogenous Component Contents of Henan Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 测定了河南烤烟(40级)各等级烟叶的总氮、不溶性氮、水溶性氮、总生物碱氮、氨态氮的含量。结果表明:各等级烟叶总氮含量集中在1.5%~2.5%之间,不溶性氮含量集中在0.8%~1.5%之间,水溶性氮含量集中在0.6%~1.2%之间,总生物碱氮含量集中在0.2%~0.8%之间,氨态氮含量集中在0.02%~0.08%之间。进一步分析了上述测定结果与烟叶部位、颜色、等级的关系,找出了规律性,为研究氮组分对烟草品质的影响提供了参考依据。

Abstract: The nitrogenous component contents of 40 grades standard of Henan flue-cured tobacco is determined. The results showed that the total nitrogen was 1.5%~2.5%, the insoluble nitrogen was 0.8%~1.5%, the water soluble nitrogen was 0.6%~1.2%, the total nicotiana alkaloid nitrogen was 0.2%~0.8%, the ammonium nitrogen was 0.02%~0.08%. The relations between the results and different stalk position, colour, grade have been analyzed.
