香精香料中溶剂及水分含量的气相色谱分析

Determination of Solvents and Water Contents in Flavor Products by GC Method

  • 摘要: 采用填充柱气相色谱法测定了数种烟用香精香料及添加剂中的水、甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丙醇、丙二醇、丙三醇等的含量。此法以异丙醇为内标,采用GDX-101高分子微球固定相,除水和甲醇未完全分开,各组分均完全分开,且峰形好,定性定量准确,分析速度快,操作简便。

     

    Abstract: A packed column GC method for the determination of water, methanol, ethanol ethyl acetate, butanol propylene glycol and glyccrol in some flavor products used for cigarette manufacture was described. The chromatographic conditions were as follow s:3m×3.0mm column packed with GDX-101 porous polymer, temperature programme:170℃(1min) to 250℃(10min)at 20℃/min, nitrogen was used as carrier gas with a flow rate of 60ml/min TCD was used as detector and isopropanol was I. S. All the components were bascline resolved except for water and methanol, the method is fast, simple and accurate for routine analysis.
