  • 摘要: 用高效薄层色谱扫描法,以苯-丙酮(4:1;v/v)为展开剂,检测波长450nm,参比波长520nm,建立了测定烟草中β-胡萝卜素的方法。线性范围0.05~0.5μg。方法简便、灵敏、快速,重现性好。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the HPT LC scanning determination of β-carotene in tobacco. The developer is benzene-acetone(4:1; v/v). The detection wavelength is 450nm and the reference wavelength is 520nm. The linear range of the method is 0.05~0.5μg β-carotene. The method is proved to be simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.
