烟草种子浸种回干处理对其萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Wet and Dry Alternate Treatment on the Germination and Seedling Growth of Tobacco Seed

摘要: 通过对不同品种和贮放时间的烟草种子进行浸种回干处理,研究对其萌发和幼苗生长产生的影响。结果表明处理后的种子贮放3个月后仍能保持活性,而且种子的萌发势以及烟苗长势均明显提高,尤其是对两年以上陈种的作用更为显著。

Abstract: Germination and seedling grow th of tobacco seed by wetting and drying alternate treatment of different variety and storage time were studied. Results showed that it had significant effect to tobacco seed germinating result. The seed of soaked 60~108 hours can reach 50% germination of the end 3~5 days earlier than check,emergence of seedlings evenly and the quality of seedling were im proved.
