烤烟成熟度质量效应分析

  • 摘要: 研究了烟叶成熟过程中外观表征、单叶重、叶质重的变化,不同叶龄烟叶在烘烤中的失水速度和叶绿素降解速度以及烤后内在品质和经济性状。表明下部叶9周龄,中部叶11周龄,上部叶10~12周龄收烤最适宜。

     

    Abstract: The changes in appareat feature of leaf, weight per-leaf and wight per-unit area of leaf during different maturing stage were studied.During flue-curing, the rates of water loss and chlorophyll degradation of leaves in different ages were analysed.Finally, the intrinsic quality and economic characters of flue-cured leaves were examined.The results indicated that it was optimal to harvest tobacco leaves at the ages of 9 weeks, 11 weeks and 10~12 weeks for lower, middle and upper part of stalk respectively.
