Abstract: The leaf cuttings were placed sand bed in high humidity box in (30 ±5)℃ for 6~20 days, a lot of adventitious roots formed at the leaf base, and some tobacco plantlets growed at the base.A tobacco plantlet can be proliferated to number of 14~40 plantlets.
