Abstract: The reaction product derived from D-fructose and L-asparagine was prepared.The cigarettes treated with the reaction product were better than control cigarettes by panel.The ether-soluble compounds of the reaction product were analyzed by GC/MS.The major identified compounds were pyrazine and furan compounds.
