Determination of K in Tobacco Leaves by Flame Photometry with 0.5N HCl Extraction

摘要: 实验用0.5N盐酸提取制备烟样待测液,测定烟叶中钾的含量,方法的精密度与回收率均符合要求,与干灰化法和湿灰化法制备待测液相比,不仅缩短测定时间,还可大大节约用电,与原子吸收法测定相比,不需昂贵的仪器,便于推广应用。

Abstract: Determination of potassium in tobacco leaves by flame photometry with 0.5N HCl extraction was studied.The results showed that both the precision and recovery rate accorded with the demands.Comparing with the dry-ashing and wet-ashing extraction method, the method could saving determining time, electricity and valuable instruments.
