Abstract: The preparation and study on properties of oxidic carboxymethyl corn starch adhesive have been reported.The affection of reaction temperature,time and ingredient rate on the properties of adhesivet and carboxymethlation reaction mechanism have been discussed.While the relationships between initial viscosity, drying rate,colour and the properties of high-speed making cigarette adhesive also have been described.
