水杨酸和氨基酸对烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病防治效果的研究

  • 摘要: 研究了植物内源生理活性物质水杨酸和氨基酸对烟草黄瓜花叶病毒病(CMV)的防治效果。叶面CMV接种后的次日,叶面分别以水杨酸、水杨酸和氨基酸混合溶液以及水杨酸和氨基酸配合微量元素进行一次叶面处理。上述药剂处理对改善烟草营养生长、提高光合作用活性有积极作用。同时提高了叶片组织中具有抗病保护功能的过氧化物酶活性,使感染CMV的烟草发病率和病情指数下降。其中氨基酸与水杨酸混合处理效果最好,一次叶面处理后CMV防治效果达50%。水杨酸对烟草病毒病(主要是TMV)防治效果已有研究,但氨基酸的病毒病防治作用尚未见报道,值得今后进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: Experiments on the control of cucumber mossaic virus (CMV) in tobacco with salicylic acid (SA) and amino acid (AA) were conducted. Tobacco was treated by application of SA, SA+AA, and SA+AA+microelement a day after inoculation with CMV. These treatments improved growth of tobacco, increased activity of photosynthesis and peroxidase, which is a defensive enzyme. The rate and index of disease were reduced significantly. The best one was SA+AA that effeciny of its control over CMV was 50% The mode of SA and AA action on tobacco is induction of disease resistance.
