Abstract: The experemental results showed that main factors affecting nicotine contents of tobacco were leaf position, leaf number per plant and topping.Certain factor, as variety, fertilizer, soil condition, dry or wet weather can affect in varying degrees.So differences nicotine levels of tobacco leaf would be expected by selection of varieties and adopting most suitable productive technology for planting high quality tobacco.
