统计法在红外水分仪标定过程中的应用
Application of Statistical Method in Calibration of Infrared Moisture Meter

摘要: 校准红外水分仪时,样品的含水率和显示值不呈严格的直线排列。应用最小二乘法,采用偏差平方和综合考虑观察点的偏差,求出使采样点同标定线偏差最小的理想标定线,得出红外水分仪新的零点和斜率,可以使红外水分仪的测量误差降到最小。Abstract: Samples moisture and reading would be away from strictly linear relationship in calibrating infrared moisture meter. An ideal calibration was made using least square method and comprehensively analyzing observing point's deviation with the sum of square deviation, and the new zero point and slope of the infrared moisture meter were obtained, which could minimize the measuring error of the infrared moisture meter.
