Abstract:
The nutrients in 408 soil samples collected from tobacco-growing areas in Fujian province were analyzed. The results showed that the average soil pH value was 5.29, the average contents of organic matter, total N, alkalihydrolyzable N, rapidly available P, exchangeable K, exchangeable Ca, exchangeable Mg, available Cu, available Zn, water-soluble B, active Mn were 29.70g/kg, 1.62g/kg, 156.97mg/kg, 28.61mg/kg, 44.58mg/kg, 380.65 mk/kg, 39.13mk/kg, 4.22mg/kg, 3.56mg/kg, 0.08mg/kg, and 31.38mg/kg, respectively. Low soil pH, and deficiency of available K, exchangeable Mg and available B in soil were main limited factors for flue-cured tobacco production. The fertilization suggestion of controlling N, decreasing P, increasing K and Mg, spraying micronutrient was recommended.
