非参数检验在质量检验和工艺研究中的应用

Application of Sign Test and Rank-sum Test in Quality Test and Technology Study

摘要: 为提高质量检验和工艺研究结论的科学性和可靠性,以具体的质量检验和工艺试验研究为例,探讨了非参数检验中符号检验法和秩和检验法的应用方法及注意事项。在非参数检验中,符号检验法不需考虑总体的理论分布,均可准确地计算概率,且方法简单、适用性广,不足之处是只考虑差数为正或负的个数,而不考虑差数的绝对值大小,是一种比较粗放的检验方法;而秩和检验法则能从一定程度上克服符号检验法的不足,具有较高的灵敏度。

Abstract: In order to ensure that the conclusions derived from quality test and technology study are scientific and reliable, the application of sign test and rank-sum test in quality test and technology study and related matters to which attention should be paid were discussed with typical examples.
