  • 摘要: 介绍了MK 95卷烟机PID重量控制系统的结构及其控制原理,包括重量信号的检测、控制过程、平准器电机速度控制、数字PID控制算法的实现和PID参数选择,还介绍了系统定标及校正问题。通过对现场采集数据分析,采用PLC控制器的PID控制算法实现的烟支重量控制系统,硬件设计简单,可在线调整参数,系统响应速度快,控制准确可靠,完全可替代原模拟重量控制系统。

     

    Abstract: The structure of PID weight control system in MK 95 cigarette maker was introduced, and its control principle was analyzed, including weight signal detection, control process, speed control of trimmer motor, realization of digital PID control algorithm, selection of PID parameters.Meanwhile, the calibration and correction of system were also discussed.The benefits of the cigarette weight control system carried out by adopting the PLC controller's PID algorithm included simple hardware design, online parameters regulation, fast responding speed, and accurate and reliable control, it could replace the original analogue control system completely.
