Abstract: Aiming at the problems of many malfunctions and aging units of bobbin control system in Great Wall cigarette making and assembling machines, an original direct current voltage regulator was replaced with an AC frequency converter in speed adjusting.After improving, the requirements of bobbin control in the machines were satisfied, the costs of spare parts were reduced, and the maintenance was more convenient.
