Abstract: The recent advances in induced resistance (IR), including systemic acquired resistance (SAR) and induced systemic resistance (ISR), of tobacco were introduced, and the signal transduction of SAR induced by different exciton, the activity of defensive enzymes and the changes of resistance-related matters were reviewed in detail.
