Fuzzy Control of Sensory Quality of Cut Tobacco During Drying

  • 摘要: 为提高在线烘丝过程烟丝感官质量稳定性的控制水平,采用语言项代表值法和模糊控制图技术对烘丝过程烟丝的感官质量控制进行了试验。结果表明:应用语言项代表值法和模糊控制图技术能够发现烘丝过程中烟丝感官质量出现的异常波动,进而对该批投料的感官质量稳定性做出评判。当生产过程处于稳定状态且批次间的物料组分高度一致时,可将分析用控制图转化为管理用控制图,并与工艺参数结合为一个完整的系统,用于对烘丝过程进行控制和调整。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the on-line control standard of sensory quality stability of cut tobacco during drying, the method of using representative value of language term and fuzzy control graphicwas experimented.The results indicated that with this method it was possible to find out the abnormal fluctuations of sensory quality of cut tobacco during drying, and, further, to evaluate the sensory quality stability of input tobacco.When the process was stable and the proportions of tobacco between different batches were in high uniformity, the control graphics for analysis purposes could be converted into the control graphics for management purposes and became an integral system, by combining with technological parameters, to be used to control and adjust cut tobacco drying process.
