切丝机新型磨刀装置的研制

Development of New Grinding Device in Tobacco Cutter

  • 摘要: 烟草切丝机磨刀装置多采用KTC型切丝机方式,该方式砂轮外圆与刀刃形成点接触,磨出的刀刃不整齐,影响切丝质量。为此研制了新型磨刀装置,该装置采用类似外圆磨床的方式,砂轮旋转轴线与刀辊旋转轴线平行,砂轮外圆与刀刃形成线接触,砂轮外圆线速度可通过变频调速实时补偿,进给速率可通过PLC驱动步进电机无级调整。新装置有效改善了磨刀效果,提高了切丝质量。

     

    Abstract: The grinding device in most tobacco cutters resembled that in cutter KTC, where in the periphery of grinding wheel was in point contact with the knife resulting in an imperfect ground edge, the quality of tobacco cutting was influenced.A new grinding device was developed, as in the cylindrical grinding machine, the rotating axis of grinding wheel paralleled to the rotating axis of knife drum, the outside surface of grinding wheel contacted the knife edge linearly, the peripheral velocity of grinding wheel could be promptly compensated with a frequency converter, the feed rate could be steplessly regulated by a PLC driving step motor.The new grinding device effectively improved the grinding effect.
