大田中后期烤烟淀粉酶活性及淀粉含量的变化
Changes of Amylase Activity and Starch Content in Flue-cured Tobacco During Middle to Late Growing Stage

摘要: 在河南省平顶山市进行了大田中后期烟叶淀粉酶活性及淀粉含量的变化试验。结果表明:在现蕾期前中部12叶位烟叶的淀粉酶活性逐渐升高,至现蕾期时达到一个高峰,之后又逐渐降低,在圆顶前期有所回升,烟叶生理成熟时又达到一个高峰,之后又下降。淀粉在烟叶中的积累随着烟叶生长和成熟而逐步增加,各部位烟叶生理成熟时干物质积累达到最高值,工艺成熟时淀粉含量达到最高值,之后随烟叶的衰老而下降。Abstract: The changes of amylase activity and starch content in flue-cured tobacco leaves during middle to late growing stage were studied in Pingdingshan, Henan Province.The results showed that:1) the amylase activity in the twelfth middle leaf increased gradually before budding stage and peaked in budding stage, then reduced gradually until rallied in early round top stage;the other peak was in mature stage, then dropped again;2) the accumulation of starch in leaves increased gradually along with growth and mature of the leaves.The peak of dry matter accumulation were in mature stage, and the peak of starch content in leaves were in ripe stage, both of them declined with the senescence of leaves.
