烟田土壤微生物组成及其垂直分布特征
Microbe Composition and Vertical Distribution Profile in Tobacco Growing Soil

摘要: 利用不同肥力土壤(低肥潮土和高肥黄壤,分别取自河南襄城和湖北兴山),研究了正常生产管理条件下烟田土壤微生物的组成及垂直分布特征。结果显示:两种肥力烟田中,以细菌数量占绝对优势,其次是放线菌,真菌数量最少,三者分别占总茵数的86.63%-95.48%、4.11%-13.15%和1%以下。微生物数量在烟垄中呈现出明显的垂直分布规律,在0-40cm土层中,所考察的微生物种类除固氮菌外,其他微生物的数量随土壤深度增加均呈逐渐减少的趋势。在0-20cm和20-40cm土层间,三大类群微生物数量以真菌差异较大,放线菌次之,细菌差异最小。主要生理菌群中,以硝化细菌差异较大,钾细菌、磷细菌和固氮茵差异相对较小。Abstract: The composition and vertical distribution profile of microbes in different tobacco growing soils (lean moisture soil from Xiangcheng, Henan Province and rich yellow soil from Xingshan, Hubei Province) were studied. The results showed that in these two soils, the percentages of bacteria, actino-myces and fungus were 86.63%-95.48%, 4.11%-13.15% and 1%, respectively. There was an obvious vertical distribution rule of microbial number in the ridge of tobacco field. With the exception of azotobacteria, the number of all investigated microorganisms reduced by degrees with the increase of soil depth (0-40cm). Comparing the number of microbes in the soil depth of 0-20cm with that in the depth of 20-40cm, fungus showed the biggest difference, bacteria showed the smallest. Among the microbial physiological communities, obvious difference was observed in nitrate bacteria numbers, and relatively smaller differences were observed in potassium bacteria, phosphorus bacteria and azotobacteria numbers.
