Effects of Regional Environment on Aroma Note of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 为明确区域环境对烤烟烟叶香气影响,分别在昆明、厦门、哈尔滨、兰州等4个区域环境差异较大的城市,对8个典型的浓香型、清香型和中间香型烤烟烟叶香韵种类及强度进行了感官评价与分析。结果表明,在4个不同的区域环境条件下,同一产地烤烟烟叶的主体香韵种类相对一致,香韵强度无显著差异,烟叶香气风格整体呈现出较好稳定性,但一些个性香韵种类及强度在不同区域存在明显差异,波动较大。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effects of regional environment on the aroma of flue-cured tobacco, the aroma note type and intensity of flue-cured tobacco leaves of robust, fresh and medium flavor styles collected from 8 typical tobacco growing areas were sensory evaluated at Kunming, Xiamen, Harbin and Lanzhou, where local environment differed greatly. The results showed that under different environmental conditions of the 4 cities, for the tobacco from the same area, the dominant aroma note type was relatively consistent, the aroma intensity was not significantly different, and the aroma style was stable in general; while several individual aroma note types and intensity varied greatly between regions.
