几种再造烟叶物理指标和纤维质量的对比

Comparison of Physical Indexes and Fiber Quality of Domestic and Imported Reconstituted Tobacco

  • 摘要: 为研究再造烟叶产品品质与纤维分布及表面微观特性之间的关系和变化规律,分析了国内外7种再造烟叶产品。对比了不同再造烟叶产品的物理指标和表面微观形貌,并在对再造烟叶试样进行柔性解离、纤维质量分析后比较了不同厂家再造烟叶原料纤维之间的差异。结果表明:与国产再造烟叶产品相比,国外产品具有较优的松厚度、柔软度、伸长率和涂布均匀性。原料纤维的卷曲率、扭结因子、细小纤维含量是再造烟叶产品透气度、柔软性、伸长率的主要影响因素,纤维间以相互缠绕的形式结合及纤维长度分布较为分散是再造烟叶产品品质优良的重要原因之一。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the relationships of reconstituted tobacco's quality with its fiber distribution and surface microstructure, the reconstituted tobacco products of seven manufacturers at home and abroad were analyzed. Their surface microstructure was compared, and the property of fiber in their products was analyzed after gentle segregation. The results showed that: comparing with domestic products, the imported reconstituted tobacco was better in bulk thickness, softness, elongation rate and coating uniformity; crimp, twisting factor and fine fiber content of fiber material were the main factors affecting the air permeability, softness and elongation rate of reconstituted tobacco; the intertwined fibers and the wide distribution of fiber length contributed to the good physical quality of reconstituted tobacco.
